Private lessons or classes
We are offering Private lessons and classes with our trainer, Therese Dickinson. Privates are either 30 or 60 minutes. Classes run 5 weeks. See more information below. Fill out our TRAINING REGISTRATION form to get started.
Ultimutt University Day Training in Daycare
Our Day Training program is run while your dog is in daycare. Our program runs for 2-3 weeks, 2-3 days a week. We work the dogs 2 times a day while they are here. Training includes Sit, Leave it, Wait, Come, Down, Off, Place and other manners as needed. To sign up fill out our ULTIMUTT UNIVERSITY TRAINING REGISTRATION form. If your dog is new to our dog daycare, fill out our DAYCARE APPLICATION as well.
Beginner Obedience Group Classes- Starting 9/7
Beginner Obedience class that is good for any age dog! Our classes are small with lots of 1:1 attention and help from our trainers. We offer balanced training with no e-collars. Cost is $200 for each 5-week session. Basic skills taught are sit, down, come, stay, wait, leave it, and leash walking, crate training and other general good manners. To register, fill out the training registration form and indicate you'd like the Beginner Obedience class for Sept 7 or Oct 12.
Intermediate Obedience Group Classes - Temporarily on hold
Intermediate Obedience class is good for any age dog that has basic skills down! Cost is $200 for each 5-week session. Basic skills reinforced are sit, down, come, stay, wait, leave it, and leash walking, crate training and other general good manners. Fun activities are included to reinforce the training.
Novice Rally
Our Novice Rally Class is on Monday nights. This class is for beginners. Rally is a competition obedience sport. Rally includes a range of maneuvers with posted signs to perform with your dog, with the list of skills varying for each course. This differs from traditional obedience competitions, which are more or less the same routine every time. This will be a "drop in" class. You can purchase a package of 5 or 10 passes and attend as often as you can. Class is full but may have openings soon. Contact us to get on a wait list.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are great for dogs that need more 1:1 training. Basic skills, manners, reactive dogs can benefit from this private session. Cost is $50 for 1/2 hour and $90 for 1 hour. To sign up for a private lesson contact us.
